This Return Policy applies to product return requests, return review, and related handling for orders placed with Cigar Hunter / HUTCIGAR.

1. Situations Where Returns May Be Accepted

Subject to this Policy and other applicable rules, returns may generally be requested where:

  • the delivered product is materially inconsistent with the order and the issue is confirmed as a fulfillment error;
  • the product arrived visibly damaged and sufficient evidence is provided within the required timeframe;
  • the product has a material defect or abnormality that is not merely a normal batch difference, packaging difference, or subjective preference issue;
  • other situations that we expressly approve in writing.

2. Situations Generally Not Eligible for Return

  • the product has been opened, used, sampled, smoked, altered in storage condition, exposed to moisture, heat, contamination, or is otherwise no longer suitable for resale;
  • subjective dissatisfaction arising from batch variation, packaging details, year, shade, appearance, or screen-display differences;
  • returns caused by the recipient’s failure to pay import-related charges, cooperate with customs, accept delivery, collect in time, or complete adult-signature delivery;
  • non-delivery, detention, return, or destruction caused by local law, customs policy, import rules, destination restrictions, or legal-age requirements;
  • products sent back without our prior approval.

3. Time Limit for Request

If you receive an incorrect product, a visibly damaged product, missing items, or a material abnormality, please contact us within [insert, e.g. 48 hours after delivery] and provide sufficient supporting evidence.

4. Return Process

All returns must be reviewed and expressly approved by us in advance. If your request is approved, we will provide the return address, return method, and necessary instructions. Please do not send any product back without our prior approval.

If a return is approved, the returned product should generally remain in substantially the same condition as when received and should, where possible, include the original packaging, outer box, accessories, labels, and related materials for inspection and verification.

6. Return Shipping and Charges

If the reason for return is verified to result from our clear error or fulfillment failure, such as shipment of the wrong product or obvious damage on arrival, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs depending on the circumstances. In other situations, return shipping charges, reshipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, and third-party handling fees are generally your responsibility.

7. Handling After Return

After the returned product arrives, we still need to inspect and verify it. The mere fact that a product has been sent back does not automatically mean the return is accepted. Final determination of whether a return is accepted and whether a refund or partial refund will be provided will be made after our inspection.
